Our trip to Cali...
Most people go to California for the sunny warm weather. Not us. Immediately we head up to Lake Tahoe for some snow tubin'! You've never seen mountains until you've been to the Sierra Nevadas. Gorgeous. I grew up learning to snow and water ski there. Some of my fondest childhood memories are there. So we decided to take Lola. Granted it was almost 60 degrees while we were snow tubin' but that just proves California has the best of both worlds. We spent some time with my best friend (I've known her since we were 2yrs old), her kids and her squeeze. I miss her so much.
We also met up with some friends (who also live on the East Coast) in San Francisco. Seemed a bit strange to travel 3000+ miles to meet up with friends that live a 5 hr drive away. But we had fun! Hopefully John and Joey will come for a visit to Virginia soon.
Nana Rose was just home from the hospital so she couldn't come with us on all of our California adventures but we did get to spend lots of time with her. Lola laid in bed with her and read her stories, played tic-tac-toe, and told her all about what she does in Virginia to keep herself busy. Hopefully Nana Rose will come and visit us soon too! We miss her lots.

Session Fee includes photographer's time, talent, proofing and processing only. Prints are not included in this price. The $175 session fee is based on 1-4 people. Please add $25 for each additional person. The session fee is required within 5 days of booking your session and is non-refundable. Receipt of payment guarantees your session date. Additional charges may apply for locations outside of a 20 mile radius from Chantilly, VA.
A combination studio/on-location shoot is available for a session fee of $250. The combination shoot would include a session on-location (i.e., a park, your home, etc) and a session at our studio. The two sessions could be scheduled for one day or two. Sessions must be within the same month.
Event booking and pricing is customized to your specific needs. A consultation will be provided to determine your needs. Please contact the studio for more information.
A 5% discount off of your total will be given on all orders placed and paid for within 7 days of your proofing gallery becoming available. May not be combined with other offers or discounts without prior approval.
Desk Portraits for 2009 start at $20. Fine Art Wall Portraits which are sprayed with a UV protectant and mounted start at $70. Fine Art Gallery Canvas Print stretched over a 1.5 inch deep stretcher bar start at $210. The quality and richness of these canvas prints exceeds the canvas prints available in your local one hour print locations. They hang gorgeous framed or unframed.

It seems I've had a run of girls lately. Girls. Girls. Girls. Now don't get me wrong. Girls are super fun. But I got to hang with Jack. Look at those big brown eyes. His salary? Only a few Cheerios here and there. He LOVED his Cheerios!
